Hummus


DELICIOUS HOMEMADE HUMMUS!!!!! It will only take 5 to 7 minutes to make!  Enjoy :)

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lime/lemon juice
5 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup tahini
Cup of filtered water to add as needed

Directions:
1.     Drain the can of chickpeas and place in either blender or food processor.
2.     Add 2 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, and tahini.
3.     Mince garlic and place with 1 tbsp of olive oil on a pan to be roasted. Roast garlic for 3-4 minutes until brown.
4.     Add Garlic in blender.
5.     Blend, add water as needed for consistency.
6.     Once blended, place in container and pour 2 tbsp of olive oil over the top to keep fresh. Keep refrigerated.
